This fabric is 96% cotton , 4 % polyester and is woven as a blockweave aida . Great flecked blueish grey stone background, lighter than the natural linen. Shows light colours up very well .Use a size 24 or 25 tapestry needle as has blunt end and three or two strands of six stranded cotton
